TAO INTRODUCES NEW MENU ITEMS
 
TAO Asian Bistro in Las Vegas takes guests on a culinary journey with a menu featuring cuisine from China, Japan and Thailand.  Now, the celebrity favorite dining destination expands the offerings with a host of new items for spring from Executive Chef Mark Andelbradt.
 Options from the sushi bar include a Trio of Sashimi with Wasabi Salsa ($28) or the Surf and Turf Roll, featuring lobster and Kobe beef ($30).
Lobster makes several additional appearances on the new menu, with Lobster Fried Rice $22), and the Typhoon Lobster with fingerling potatoes and spicy stir fry ($45).
Also from the sea, Steamed Red Snapper with dashi-soy and scallion oil ($29) and Teppanyaki Swordfish with ponzu butter ($28).
 Crispy Orange Chicken ($25), and Chinese Sausage Fried Rice ($16), which is topped with a fried egg round out the new menu offerings.
 To end on a sweet note, choose from a selection of desserts including a White Chocolate-Mango Rice Pudding Brulée with Ginger Ice Cream ($10) orChocolate Spring Rolls with Kalamansi Dipping Sauce ($10).  An after dinner cocktail or a selection from the extensive tea menu will serve as the ideal finish.
