Holly Madison may have been booted from Dancing With The Stars, but the former Girl Next Door isn’t down and out. Madison is expected to return to LAs Vegas this weekend for Hef’s birthday bash at The Palms. The Playboy mogul is turning 83. ¬†The weekend kicks off with a pool party from 2 to 4 p.m. ¬†on Saturday followed by ¬†celebrations at Moon and the Plyaboy Club, of course. Also expected at the festivities, Hef’s ¬†new¬†girlfriends Crystal Harris, Karissa Shannon and Kristina Shannon, along with Palms owner George Maloof and “Girls Next Door” Kendra Wilkinson and Bridget Marquardt.
