Would a degree from the 1970's (30+ yrs ago) really help Terri's ability to make better business decisions today? or should his accumulated experience, and current contributions simply speak for themselves? Degree or not, I believe that Terri should be judged on his ability to engage and execute on business at hand; with this in mind, he did a great job for the MGM MIRAGE enterprise, and It's unfortunate that a dispute surrounding "degree" would challenge the remembrance of his contributions - paper or not :)
