Jorge Hernandez Named Executive Chef
08.15.2008 Arizona Charlie’s Decatur has promoted Jorge
Hernandez from sous chef to executive chef, announced American Casino &
Entertainment Properties officials.
Hernandez oversees all dining venues at Arizona Charlie’s Decatur including the Sourdough Café and the Frisco Market Buffet. He is also working to develop new dining venues and concepts.
Prior to Arizona Charlie’s, Hernandez gained extensive culinary experience at various Las Vegas gaming resort properties. Hernandez has served as a room chef at Palace Station Hotel & Casino, Circus Circus, Gold Coast Hotel and Casino and The Orleans Hotel and Casino.
