RED BULL TAKES TO THE SKIES; CELEBS BOOGIE DOWN ON THE GROUND
05.27.2008
For those of you overachievers looking for a new version of Jolt Cola to get you on your ambitious way in the morning, look no further than Red Bull’s new elixir, a supercharged mix that will get you going in the morning quicker than a quadruple shot of espresso. Good stuff. They call it Red Bull Cola, and the company launched it in Vegas this weekend with a Red Bull Air Force Saturday night flyby over thousands of partygoers at the VooDoo Lounge at the Rio All-Suites Hotel & Casino. (Red Bull has its own Air Force? Who knew?)
And now, back to our regularly-schedule celeb sightings:
1. At LAX Nightclub up on the main VIP stage Saturday Orlando Magic star Rashard Lewis enjoyed the best bottle service in town and sipped on Dom Perignon Champagne at table with friends. Sitting on the other side of the stage and enjoying Ace of Spades Champagne was Kansas City Chiefs halfback Larry Johnson. Also mingling with the VIPs on stage was Arizona Cardinals Pro Bowl wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald. Down at a table on the dance floor MMA star Sean Sherk tried to forget a hard fought loss at UFC 84 as he drank Red Bull and Vodka cocktails.
2. Up The Strip at PURE Nightclub actor Chazz Palminteri enjoyed the festive atmosphere inside Las Vegas' number one nightlife destination. The accomplished
actor kicked back in VIP-style with friends as he overlooked a dance floor packed full of energetic partiers.
3. Meanwhile, down in The Bahamas Duran Duran partied like rockstars during their after-concert bash at Aura nightclub.
