Sea Stone is Open!
04.18.2008
The long-awaited grand opening of Sea Stone Sushi & Gourmet Fusion is rapidly approaching! Located on the corner of Charleston and Rampart in the heart of Boca Park, sushi in the Summerlin is about to get sexier.
When Sea Stone officially opens its doors to the public on April 25, 2008, dining out in the Summerlin area just won’t be the same. While there’s no shortage for purveyors of Asian cuisine or sushi in the Las Vegas locale, Sea Stone endeavors to change the direction of the tide in Pacific Rim cuisine. Not only are they fusing the elements of Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and Hawaiian cultures but they’re bringing to the forefront a selection of signature hot sushi dishes as well as a boutique wine and sake list second to none. From the eclectically delicious (and riceless) Sea Stone Rainbow Roll to the unsurpassed taste of the Karen Coy Sake (crafted by Japan’s first female sake master), your next great dining experience awaits underneath the Feng Shui-influenced eaves at this incredible venue.
Their boutique wine and sake list is unparalleled in an off-the-Strip dining destination. In partnering with DeLuca Liquor, Sea Stone has developed what just might be the next award-winning wine list in Las Vegas. The entire list was developed around four main concepts: (1) Wine and sake selections that have a direct correlation to the Sea Stone’s theme and cuisine, (2) Providing a combination of high quality and highly-allocated boutique wines at a fair price for customers to enjoy, (3) Demystifying the wine regions of the world and providing an unforgettable wine experience in doing so, and (4) Creating an exciting selection with familiar wine names as well as unknown gems for the both the novice and connoisseur to enjoy.
You’re in for a journey of the palate and feast of the senses that goes beyond the neighborhood sushi bar – prepare to embark upon a provocative taste adventure and ride the newest wave in Asian-inspired cuisine.
Sea Stone is currently in a soft opening and invites you to join them for lunch (11:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.), The Happiest Hours (4 – 6 p.m.) and dinner (5 – 10 p.m.) daily. Grand Opening to the public is on Friday, April 25.
