From the minute I walked into the Hawaiian Tropic Zone opening party I was astounded by the people who showed up to celebrate the occassion.  Paris Hiton's master spindoctor Elliot Mintz was in attendance with our  mutual friend Planet Hollywood owner Robert Earl whom quickly introduced me to Miracle Mile Shops co-owner David Edelstein of Tri Star Capital and Hawaiian Tropic Zone owner and restaurateur Dennis Riese. As I continued to walk through the event with LA entertainment manager Jon Orlando we started running into friends like Mario Lopez, Entourage stars Keven Connelly and Kevin Dillon  Stacy Keibler (“Dancing with the Stars”), Steve Van Zandt   (“Sopranos”) Carmen Electra, Audrina Patridge and Lauren Conrad from MTV's The Hills.  Not to forget my new friend and manager of Las Vegas' Sunset Tan Janelle.
